Exterior Updates & Upgrades

Project Story
The Challenge
A University Park homeowner contacted us with several compounding exterior issues that had been building up over time. Two overgrown backyard trees had caused significant damage to the home's gutters, soffit, and fascia at the corner of the house. A section of privacy fence and the attached gate had leaned to the point of needing full replacement, and an existing white picket fence needed a complete repaint after years of wear.
The Solution
We started by safely removing both trees and clearing the site completely. With the trees out, we had clear access to assess and repair the damaged soffit and fascia, replace the compromised gutter sections, and install micro mesh gutter guards around the full perimeter of the home to prevent future debris buildup. We then tore out the failing privacy fence section and gate and rebuilt both from the ground up, plumb and properly set. Finally, we stripped the white picket fence down to bare wood, applied primer, and finished with a fresh coat of paint for a clean, lasting result.
The Result
The homeowner ended up with a fully restored exterior — structurally sound fencing and a functioning gate, protected gutters that won't clog with the next storm, repaired roofline components, and a freshly painted picket fence that looks like new. What started as a tree removal turned into a complete exterior refresh, and the property looks sharp heading into the season.
